For orders above €20, no shipping costs will be added.

For all orders in Europe delivery will take 3 days. If we cannot deliver your order in time, you will receive a message immediately. Orders in the Netherlands will be delivered with TNT parcel post, outside of the Netherlands orders will be delivered by GLS post. If you are not at home at the time of the delivery, you will receive a note in your mailbox with information for a second delivery.

You have a 2-year warranty on your Comfy massage pillow. In case of calamities about this you can contact our customer service at info@comfykussen.nl. We will then ensure that you will receive a working pillow as soon as possible. However, you must keep the warranty certificate supplied with the pillow.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you wish to cancel the purchase within this period, please contact our customer service via info@comfykussen.nl. This cooling-off period only applies to online orders and is not valid for discounts. Costs for the return shipment are for the account of the customer.
